Isaiah 60:22 has been chasing me around for the past 3 months. I see it everywhere. I hear it all the time. Here's what the verse says:
The smallest family will become a thousand people, and the tiniest group will become a mighty nation. At the right time, I, the LORD, will make it happen.”
What has resonated in my spirit is the very last line...At the right time, I, the LORD, will make it happen. You know how hard a pill that's been for me to swallow?!?! For a control freak like me...very hard. I've fought God over these words for months. I've tried to insert myself and "fix" things I have no right to fix. I've tried carrying heavy things that God never wanted me to carry. Hence, the delay in getting this blog up and running. God knows my heart and he knows the things I pray for. He's been "beating" me (not really) into submission. 🤣. Actually, through conviction, he's been correcting my behavior so I learn to trust him fully, in all things. This hasn't been an easy journey but I see growth in me. I know, without hesitation or fear of the unknown, that as long as it aligns in his will, he will make it happen! In his perfect timing, not on my impatient clock. Gals and guys, God is good. If he places something in your heart...he will make it happen. We only need to stand in faith and wait for him to bless us.
Have faith and trust that God always has your best interest at heart. And he WILL answer your prayer at the perfect time.
Remember, I love you all but God loves you more!
